1. A copy of your passport
2. Full room payment ( cash ( Thai Baht ), visa or master card )
3. A Baht 100 deposit for you room key card ( lost or damaged key cards cost Baht 100 each )

Room Guests

Single persons are allowed one additional room guest at no extra charge.

All rooms have king sized double beds

Airport / Bangkok Transfer

Car - Maximum two persons with luggage Baht 1,200 including road tolls
Mini-Bus - Maximum 6 persons with luggage Baht 2,300 including road tolls

Deposits

During high season a deposit is required to guarantee a room. You will be sent a PayPal request by email 21 days prior to your arrival date. The amount required is for the first three days of your booking, an additional charge of 5.25% will be added to cover PayPal fees. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event that your booking is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a PayPal request email within 24 hours of confirming your booking.

Cancellations

During low season you will be sent an email 10 days prior to you arrival date asking you to confirm your booking. Failure to respond to the email will mean that booking is automatically canceled.
